As women approach a new decade or milestone birthday, the insights and emotions can be quite powerful and full of excitement and optimism. For many women, milestone birthdays are a time to reflect on their lives. By the time a woman hits the 30 milestone, many have found a partner, possibly started a family and may have purchased their first home. And if they haven't done these things, they may be feeling the pressure to do so.
