The Courage Campaign and their Prop 8 Trial Tracker logo were served with a temporary restraining order from ProtectMarriage.com (no linkage for bigots) for what they’re calling copyright infringement.
I was in a meeting over the weekend and they had Nestle Pure Life Water bottles, and I looked at the logo and I’m like, “OMG! I’ve seen that logo before.”

After tonight’s State of the Union address President Obama will once again make a promise that we, as gay and lesbian American’s and voters, hope he will keep.
The President did in fact say that he would repeal “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” this year.
Sen. McCain, not surprisingly, saying now is not a good time to repeal the policy.

The white supremacist group, the National Socialist Movement, has adopted a stretch of Colorado highway to keep it clean.
The Denver Post reported “a spokesman for the group, Lochbuie resident Neal Land, says the group is “doing good things.”
“State highway officials say they allowed the highway adoption because their lawyers said they could be in violation of the group’s free speech if they issued a denial.”
Maybe the should put up a sign that says, “White Trash”!
But everyone has rights, right?

There are reports from the Sunday Times in London that the remains of artist Leonardo da Vinci may be exhumed in order to find out if in the Mona Lisa is in fact a self portrait.
Leonardo da Vinci died in 1519 at the age of 67 and his body has already been moved since the original church where he was buried was destroyed after the French revolution in 1789.

Just as a reminder … Palm Springs White Party is 74 days away … that equates to just about 10 weeks of gym time. At four (minimum!) or five days a week at the gym you’re looking 40 trips to the gym before you have to put on that swimsuit – fewer if you’re headed to Mexico or Florida before WP.
